Student queue — selected period
FIFO by default. Teachers may reorder or choose a student. Queue placement does not reserve a pass; checkout rules still apply.
Student roster management
Add students to a selected class, rename them, and archive students without deleting history. Archiving applies across enrolled classes; enrollment moves are deferred. Duplicate names are allowed; each student has a unique ID. Class periods remain 2–7 in this version.

Penalty review — one-minute grace
Trips exceeding their original allowance plus 60 seconds become pending on return. Confirm or excuse each penalty. Three confirmed penalties restrict future checkouts; a teacher may grant a logged one-time override.
